LEADBEHA -project (Leadership as a trigger for behavioral change when creating AI-cultures in companies and organizations) is realized as a collaborative project between Universities and Universities of Applied Science. The aim of the project is to (1) survey the needs of local companies and other organizations for higher education in the topic of artificial intelligence (AI) -culture in leadership; to (2) customize higher education study units based on the gathered information; and to (3) pilot the study units together with companies and other organizations. At Faculty of Art and Design in University of Lapland, the focus in the project is in offering studies that support company personnel in the AI related change through empathic and human-centered approach utilizing service design methods and tools. The pilot phase of the created study units is planned to start in autumn 2020.
